It depends on the payment method. With a monthly SEPA direct debit, you are committed for the current month. With an annual bank transfer, for the current calendar year. To stop or change plan, write to us at help@peekin.me: the change applies the following month.
You pay for the packaging with the Essential plan, or a subscription that includes it with Premium and Corporate. The item’s owner pays the shipping fees online, before shipping. With Premium and Corporate, you can choose to offer them.
Your account is created in under 5 minutes. You are then guided at every step: knowledge base, email and chat for all plans, phone with Premium and Corporate.
Yes. Its weight, volume and sturdiness guarantee the delivery of your shipments. An item shipped without PeeK’in packaging is not guaranteed.
For express shipments (Chronopost, FedEx, UPS, DHL), a courier comes to your property. For economy shipments (Colissimo, Delivengo), the postman takes them if you have a collection contract with La Poste; otherwise, you drop them off at the nearest post office.
Every parcel is tracked until delivery. With Premium and Corporate, our team handles incidents with the carriers. At checkout, the owner can add the SafeShip Option: in the event of a confirmed loss, they are compensated under the terms of the option.
We do not sell your data. It is hosted on servers in the European Union, in accordance with the GDPR. Our payment solutions are PCI certified. For any request about your data, write to gdpr@peekin.me.
